Overcoming fear is a three-step process:
- Gain awareness of your fears, and use the present moment.
- Dissociate through visualisation.
- Prove you can do it with small, physical wins.
- Write down your fears. Own them.
- Use the visualisation technique to disassociate yourself from your fears.
- Break up your task into a tiny, manageable chunk. Then prove you can do it.
